The Problem

Ex-prisoners are at higher risk of becoming homeless due to mental health, substance misuse issues and poverty. Thus, these ex-offenders re-offend to avoid homelessness.

If we’re having a pipeline of ex-offenders that are homeless/risk of being homeless, we’re not progressing as a country. As a result, less workers in the workforce, an increased crime rate and homeless people.

The Solution

Help@Hand provides ex-offenders a platform which allows them to successfully integrate back into society. Support and local resources such as, mental health, workshops, shelter, constant job opportunities, near by food pick-ups, etc, all housed together with easy access.

To help ex-offenders get off the streets, reduce the risk of homelessness and re-offending rates.
